  When my dad recently passed, we decided to use Harwell, despite a long history our family had (and horrible experience) with using another local and well known, funeral home. We are so glad that we chose them. Tommy Davis sat with our family, explained the process, and worked with us patiently when there were issues with the insurance. He did an excellent job with daddy's remains, understood our grief, and was supportive through it all. I'm so grateful to Tommy and his wife for their efforts. He didn't treat us as just another payday, like other homes would have. My brother and I will be eternally grateful.
